preposterous

I’m hoping that I will stick to this and it will become a very functional Ruby based API for the Posterous(posterous.com) service.

what works?

Right now it can get a list of posterous sites and post to posterous sites. Media uploads are working for posting.

Since I’ve never really done anything like this, I am going to use John Nunemaker’s(github.com/jnunemaker) Twitter gem(github.com/jnunemaker/twitter) design as an influence.

Also when I say “influence” I mean this is basically a really jacked up fork of the jnunemaker twitter gem.
