Zipply

Zipply gets United States ZIP code details from the Ziptastic API.

Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'zipply'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install zipply

Usage

Require the gem, then:

z = Zipply::ZIPCode.details('48867')
z.city = "Owosso"
z.state = "Michigan"

Zipply returns a Hashie Mash, so you can also do this:

z = Zipply::ZIPCode.details('48867')
z[:city] = "Owosso"
z[:state] = "Michigan"
