Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'ProteinTranslate'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install ProteinTranslate

Usage

Install the Gem and then you can translate a ARN string to the protein equivalence:

    translateString("AUGUUUUCUUAG") 
    #=> "Methionine","Phenylalanine", "Serine"

Contributing
