Akamai::Client::Ruby

This ruby library is for severarl akamai services.

Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'akamai-client-ruby'

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install akamai-client-ruby

Usage

PAPI

When you want to call PAPI API, you can do it by executing like following code.

require "akamai/client"

# Initialize papi client
client = Akamai::Client::Papi.new(
  host: "akab-xxxxxx-yyyyy.luna.akamaiapis.net",
  client_token: "akab-xxxx-yyyyy",
  client_secret: "XXXX1111222",
  access_token: "akab-xxxxx-yyyyy"
)

# List groups
client.list_groups

# List properties
client.list_properties(
  contract_id,
  group_id
)

# Get Rule tree
client.get_rule_tree(
  property_id,
  version,
  contract_id,
  group_id
)

Development

After checking out the repo, run bin/setup to install dependencies. Then, run rake spec to run the tests. You can also run bin/console for an interactive prompt that will allow you to experiment.

To install this gem onto your local machine, run bundle exec rake install. To release a new version, update the version number in version.rb, and then run bundle exec rake release, which will create a git tag for the version, push git commits and tags, and push the .gem file to rubygems.org.
