Primary Header (40 bytes)

Structure:

• 8 bytes: signature “ITOLITLS”

• 4 bytes: version (typically 1)

• 4 bytes: primary header length (40)

• 4 bytes: number of pieces (typically 5)

• 4 bytes: secondary header length

• 16 bytes: header GUID
