Delayed KM

DelayedKm

Alternative for the Kissmetrics provided gem but using delayed_job instead of cron. This will suit Heroku users.

Installation

Add this line to your application's Gemfile:

gem 'delayed_km'

Add this line to your application's development.rb and test.rb file: (or true if you'd like to test in development)

config.delayed_km = false

Add this line to your application's production.rb file: (or as you see fit)

config.delayed_km = true

And then execute:

$ bundle

Or install it yourself as:

$ gem install delayed_km

Usage

You may also optionally add the following to your development.rb file in order to debug KM. This will execute all KM lines syncronously.

config.delayed_km_debug = true

Contributing

1. Fork it
2. Create your feature branch (git checkout -b my-new-feature)
3. Commit your changes (git commit -am 'Added some feature')
4. Push to the branch (git push origin my-new-feature)
5. Create new Pull Request gem 'httparty' gem 'delayed_job'
