Usage

# Given a yaml configuration file like so:
#
# logfile:
#   path: /tmp/file_monitor.log
# monitor:
#   path: /tmp

# Run from shell
file_monitor --config-path /tmp/config.yml start

# You will now see create,updates, & deletes from /tmp printed to STDOUT
