Git for beginners!

Installation

On the command line type:

$ gem install gitgit

Usage

To commit your files to the repository:

$ gitgit commit

To see all your commits:

$ gitgit log

To see which files have changed since your last commit:

$ gitgit status

To push your files to github:

$ gitgit push

Contributing

1. Fork it ( https://github.com/[my-github-username]/gitgit/fork )
2. Create your feature branch (git checkout -b my-new-feature)
3. Commit your changes (git commit -am 'Add some feature')
4. Push to the branch (git push origin my-new-feature)
5. Create a new Pull Request
