Performs deep symbolize on the given hash

Examples:

Basic Usage

require 'hanami/utils/hash'

hash = Hanami::Utils::Hash.deep_symbolize("foo" => "bar", "baz" => {"a" => 1})
  # => {:foo=>"bar", :baz=>{a:=>1}}

hash.class
  # => Hash
