RubyToC has the following modules:
* Rewriter - massages the sexp into a more consistent form.
* TypeChecker - type inferencer for the above sexps.
* RubyToRubyC - converts a ruby (subset) sexp to ruby interals C.
* RubyToAnsiC - converts a ruby (subset) sexp to ANSI C.
