In Salen, a route is an HTTP method paired with a URL-matching pattern. Each route is associated with a block:

Route patterns may include named parameters, accessible via the params hash:
get '/hello/:name' do
# matches "GET /hello/foo" and "GET /hello/bar"
# params[:name] is 'foo' or 'bar'
"Hello #{params[:name]}!"
end
Browser Redirect
You can trigger a browser redirect with the redirect helper method:
get '/hello' do
redirect_to "/"
end
Views / Templates
Default template is haml
get '/hello' do
haml 'index'
end
