Overview

One flagged gem: verified means its installed extension binary was read and lacks the declaration; unverified means the lockfile proves compiled code exists but no binary was available to read. A bound rule's namespace IS the extension's own class or module—the gem namespace, a constant assigned an extension-rooted value, or a subclass of either—so reopening it defines methods on extension instances; an unbound rule marks app code that merely holds extension values.
