Overview

The ObjectXref class provides the link between gene, transcript and translation objects on the one hand and an xref on the other.

This class uses ActiveRecord to access data in the Ensembl database. See the general documentation of the Ensembl module for more information on what this means and what methods are available.

gene.object_xrefs.each do |ox|
  puts ox.to_yaml
end
