Configure the ReportService Client instance.

The configuration is set to the derived mode, meaning that values can be changed, but structural changes (adding new fields, etc.) are not allowed. Structural changes should be made on configure.

Retrieves a report defined by a search query. The response might contain fewer rows than specified by page_size. Rely on next_page_token to determine if there are more rows to be requested.
