This cop checks for trailing comma in parameter lists and literals.

Examples:

# always bad
a = [1, 2,]

# good if EnforcedStyleForMultiline is consistent_comma

]

# good if EnforcedStyleForMultiline is comma or consistent_comma
a = [

]
