Overview

Checks that ‘required_ruby_version` of gemspec and `TargetRubyVersion` of .rubocop.yml are equal. Thereby, RuboCop to perform static analysis working on the version required by gemspec.

Examples:

# When `TargetRubyVersion` of .rubocop.yml is `2.5`.
