Method: Vips::Image#embed

Embed an image in a larger image.

Parameters:

• x (Integer) —

  Left edge of input in output

• y (Integer) —

  Top edge of input in output

• width (Integer) —

  Image width in pixels

• height (Integer) —

  Image height in pixels

• opts (Hash) (defaults to: {}) —

  Set of options

Options Hash (opts):

• :extend (Vips::Extend) —

  How to generate the extra pixels

• :background (Array<Double>) —

  Colour for background pixels

Returns:

• (Vips::Image) —

  Output image
