Save image to webp buffer.

Parameters:

• opts (Hash) (defaults to: {}) —

  Set of options

Options Hash (opts):

• :Q (Integer) —

  Q factor

• :lossless (Boolean) —

  enable lossless compression

• :strip (Boolean) —

  Strip all metadata from image

• :background (Array<Double>) —

  Background value

Returns:

• (Vips::Blob) —

  Buffer to save to
