Method: BasicSocket#send

#send(mesg, flags[, dest_sockaddr]) ⇒ Object

send mesg via basicsocket.

mesg should be a string.

flags should be a bitwise OR of Socket::MSG_* constants.

dest_sockaddr should be a packed sockaddr string or an addrinfo.
